Kruno Tomola Fabro 8a89f6601d EdgeType indexes added.
Implemented untested UniqueOrderedIndex.

Introduced TypeGroupEdge/Vertex into database.

Added Index capabilityes to PropertyFamily.
Added method for adding index.
Added method for removing index.
