Summary:
There will be a lot of leftover files, execute the following commands inside
`src/` to remove them:
```
git clean -xf
rm -r rpc/ storage/single_node_ha/rpc/
```

Since we need to send `StateDelta`s over the wire in HA, we need to be
able to serialize those bad boys.
This diff hopefully does this the right way.

Summary:
This diff splits single node and distributed storage from each other.
Currently all of the storage code is copied into two directories (one single
node, one distributed). The logic used in the storage implementation isn't
touched, it will be refactored in following diffs.
To clean the working directory after this diff you should execute:
```
rm database/state_delta.capnp
rm database/state_delta.hpp
rm storage/concurrent_id_mapper_rpc_messages.capnp
rm storage/concurrent_id_mapper_rpc_messages.hpp
```

Summary:
This change should allow for multiple `add_lcp` functions to exist in a
single CMakeLists.txt, each adding LCP files to a different target.
Supporting this feature allows us to separate LCP files for single node
and distributed.

Summary:
Examples are added in release/examples directory. Each example
must have its own directory with populate.cyp file inside it.
This file contains graph creation queries written in OpenCypher.
When memgraph is built, database snapshots for each example are
created in release/examples/build directory. During memgraph
installation these snapshots are copied to share/memgraph/examples.

Summary:
Add postinst script for DEB package
The script creates a 'memgraph' group and sets permission on installed
'/var/*/memgraph' directories. Only the group is created, while
'memgraph' user is not. It seems more sane only to require group
membership for using memgraph.
Add conffiles for DEB package
This allows for `dpkg` to detect changes in configuration files and
present them to the user. Therefore, we don't need to care whether the
configuration merges are handled correctly nor if we accidentally
overwrite them.
Add postrm script for DEB packaging
The script is only used so that `dpkg --purge` removes '/var/*/memgraph'
directories, even if they contain something.
Add email, longer description and license file to DEB packaging, as well
as a systemd service.
Provide a logrotate configuration and support it in memgraph.
Use DEB package for Docker installation
This way, the whole installation process and testing should go through
DEB.

Add join function to functions.cmake
This is a convenience function which will join a list of values by
replacing ';' with the given separator.
cmake: Add fetching compile flags in gcc format
This is a utility function which takes all target compilation flags that
can be passed to gcc or clang.
Generate flags for PlanCompiler via cmake
Cmake will now collect all compiler options and definitions which are
then stored in a generated `query/plan_compiler.hpp`. The generated file
is not tracked by git and is stored inside cmake's build directory. The
file is fast to generate and may change often depending on the build
type.
Additionally, link and include directories are also generated as
absolute paths. In the future, we may want to support relative paths so
that copying/installing the build dir creates runnable binaries.
Add -Wall flag for all build types
Lowercase #pragma once in tests for network_common
It seems 'once' may be case sensitive, since clang outputs a warning for
it that the pragma is unknown.

Summary:
Add detecting and blocking in-source builds
A simple cmake function, which detects if the source and build dir are
one and the same. This unfortunately does not catch the case when the
build dir is inside the source dir, since we actually want to support
that. For example, creating a 'build' directory inside the project
source directory should be allowed.
Add a clean_all custom target in cmake
This target will clean all the files inside the build directory. It
should be used with care!
A new cmake module is created, since invoking cmake -E remove_directory
will delete the directory and we want to keep it. This way, we also
avoid using platform specific shell command, i.e `rm -rf` and we can
make clean_all smarter in the future.
