Summary:
Our query parsing, planning and execution architecture was described on
Phabricator wiki pages, Phriction. This commit copies the said
documentation here, so that it's easier to access for all developers.
Additional benefit is tracking the changes and hopefully suggesting to
developers to keep it up to date.
Besides making a copy, the documentation has been updated to reflect the
current state of the codebase. Note that some things are still missing,
but what was written should now be correct.

Summary:
Add automatic generating of cloning (deep-copy) functions for LCP
defined classes. This enables us to remove a bunch of manually written `Clone`
functions from AST and also to implement logical plan cloning properly (before
it was using serialization).

Classes marked with `:serialize (:slk)` will now generate SLK
serialization code. This diff also changes how the `:serialize` option
is parsed, so that multiple different serialization backends are

Summary:
This should cover the minimum required feature set for generating the
serialization code for SLK. There are some TODO comments, mostly
concerning quality of life improvements. The documentation on LCP has
been updated.
Additionally, any previous CHECK which would trigger if loading went
wrong is now replaced by raising SlkDecodeException. Other assertions of
code misuse are left as CHECK invocations.

Summary:
This should allow us to more easily decouple the code which should be
open sourced. Unfortunately, the downside of this approach is that we
cannot rely on virtual calls to dispatch the serialization to correct
type. Another downside is that members need to be publicly accessible
for serialization.

This diff introduces a new flags
* `--synchronous-commit`
The `--synchronous-commit` tells the WAL when should the deltas be flushed to
the disk drive. By default this is off and the WAL flushes deltas every `N`
milliseconds. If it's turned on, on every transaction end, commit or abort, the
WAL will first flush the deltas and only after that will return from ending a
transaction.

Summary:
In order to enhance C++ metaprogramming capabilities, a custom
preprocessing step is added before compilation. C++ code may be mixed
with Lisp code in order to generate a complete C++ source code. The
mechanism is hooked into cmake. To notify cmake of .lcp files, `add_lcp`
function in src/CMakeLists.txt needs to be invoked.
The main executable entry point is in tools/lcp, while the source code
is in src/lisp/lcp.lisp
The main goal of LCP is to auto generate class serialization code and
member variable getter functions. This should now be significantly less
error prone, since you cannot forget to serialize a member variable
through this mechanism. Future uses should be generating other repeating
code, such as `Clone` methods or perhaps some debug information.
.lcp files may contain mixed C++ code (enclosed in #>cpp ... cpp<#
blocks) with Common Lisp code.
NOTE: With great power comes great responsibility. Lisp metaprogramming
capabilities are incredibly powerful. To keep the sanity of the team
intact, use Lisp preprocessing only when *really* necessary.

Summary:
Add quick start document for new developers.
Add developer documentation for C++ code style.
Add git and arc workflow document.
This is the first step in moving parts of the documentation related to
development from Phabricator wiki to git tracked markdown files. Most of
the changes here overhaul the text from the wiki, to make it more
friendly for new developers.
Markdown uses the Github flavored extensions, and should easily
be converted to any other document using `pandoc`.
