This PR introduces READ COMMITTED and READ UNCOMMITTED isolation levels.
The isolation level can be set with a config or with a query for different scopes.
* Disable sequential test
* Remove parent build and benchmark
* Save test data
* Save e2e logs in build folder
* Define different recovery time for each test
