Steven Allen f99684446c feat: add Size function to PublicKey
This allows us to determine the size of signatures produced by a public key.
Incidentally, this also allows us to determine the size of an RSA key's modulus.

OpenSSL bindings for Go

Forked from https://github.com/spacemonkeygo/openssl (unmaintained) to add:

  1. FreeBSD support.
  2. Key equality checking.
  3. A function to get the size of signatures produced by a key.

Using on macOS

  1. Install homebrew
  2. $ brew install openssl or $ brew install openssl@1.1

Using on Windows

  1. Install mingw-w64
  2. Install pkg-config-lite
  3. Build (or install precompiled) openssl for mingw32-w64
  4. Set PKG_CONFIG_PATH to the directory containing openssl.pc (i.e. c:\mingw64\mingw64\lib\pkgconfig)
