### Using on Windows
|
|
|
|
|
1. Install [mingw-w64](mingw-w64.sourceforge.net)
|
|
|
|
|
2. Install [pkg-config-lite](http://sourceforge.net/projects/pkgconfiglite)
|
|
|
|
|
3. Build (or install precompiled) openssl for mingw32-w64
|
