* testenv/test/http_test.py: Ensure that HTTPTest.begin() always returns a value Previously the HTTPTest.begin() method always returned None. However this is not consistent with the begin() implementation of the parent class (BaseTest). This change ensures that HTTPTest.begin() returns a value.
