To create the server RSA private key:
$ certtool --generate-privkey --outfile server-key.pem --rsa
To create a self signed CA certificate:
$ certtool --generate-privkey --outfile ca-key.pem
$ certtool --generate-self-signed --load-privkey ca-key.pem --outfile ca-cert.pem
