    tests
    * testenv/valgrind-suppression-ssl, tests/valgrind-suppression-ssl:
    Add new suppression files to suppress OpenSSL errors in valgrind
    * tests/test-proxied-https-auth.px: Use the valgrind SSL
    suppressions file for the test
    * tests/test-proxied-https-auth-keepalive.px: Same
