Ignore dirmngr.conf, gpg.conf in test directories
* testenv/conf/expected_files.py: Ignore dirmngr.conf, gpg.conf Libgpgme creates certain files if $HOME doesn't contain the .gnupg directory. These files disturb some metalink tests if we don't ignore them. Reported-by: Arkadiusz Miśkiewicz <arekm@maven.pl>
