(default_suffix_rules) [__MSDOS__]: Use `y_tab.c' instead of `y.tab.c'.
(default_variables) [GCC_IS_NATIVE]: Set CC and CXX to `gcc', YACC to
`bison -y', and LEX to `flex'.
