Fix GCC compile warning for "unused-parameter" on Windows

* src/w32/compat/posixfcn.c (isatty): Avoid unused-parameter warnings.
(jobserver_pre_child): Ditto.
(jobserver_post_child): Ditto.
(jobserver_acquire): Ditto.
(fd_set_append): Ditto.
