$10,000 prize per-category Juju Charm Championship enters into its last two weeks
Months and months ago, Canonical announced and started the work on the next-generation Ubuntu, bringing innovation in the IT world as related to desktops, phones and tablets, convergence-enabled experience pushing Canonical as a genuine generator of innovation and modernism.
Yet, the phones-tablets-desktops are not the only channel through which Canonical is expressing innovation and skill in computing, attributes adopted and constantly evolved by Ubuntu's cloud technologies, too, among which Juju.
Juju is a powerful, versatile and reliable tool that allows developers, administrators, companies, teams of developers to create, scale and manage services in the cloud by utilizing Juju charms.
Months ago, Canonical announced the exciting Juju Charm Championship, contest where interested developers are to create and submit charms, charms then judged and awarded (the winners) with $10,000 per category.
As available categories, Juju Charm Championship features Continuous deployment, Media, Telco, High Availability, Data Science / Data Mining and Monitoring, categories addressed to diverse types of charms and developers.
The charms championship is happening during July 1th - October 22nd 2013, deadline moving, as of today, the interesting Juju Charm Championship into its last two weeks, time still available for creating and claiming accordingly the significant prizes and related extra benefits.
