Ubuntu Desktop Guide updated for Saucy in Ubuntu 13.10

Every Ubuntu version contains by default Ubuntu Desktop Guide, handy document useful to familiarize the user with Ubuntu's relevant features and capabilities via an easily-graspable bundle of informations.
